#Travellight.

When the rules of the game change, you better update yourself to adapt . If you can't, you lose. You lose everything that matters. But, if you win, doesn't that mean everything that matters also changed when YOU did!!

Its very tempting to sulk about life  at this point, but what a waste of time and humour would that be. Only if every disappointment could be melted with humour, if every betrayal could be obliviated with a magic spell and if everyone that trigger the bad-you could be turned into clowns, the world would be filled with happy people.

Since Hogwarts has limited admissions, we are left with humour as our only weapon to fight away all the thoughts that bedevil us. Unfortunately, a tiny cell in our head called ego, which demands a constant dose of an inflated sense of importance,  is so powerful that it crushes the poor, soft, jelly cell called humour, every time it musters the courage to stand up.

Priorities override confusion. But if you are confused about your priorities, then it only means that you are being greedy. So greedy that you want to have it all and you can't let go of anything. I can only say, "this journey of life is long and it gets more and more tiring as you go, so, better travel light."

My thesis advisor says that I should always write in a passive voice but I like the active voice. Sticking to a tradition makes her comfortable but comfort makes me uncomfortable. It means to me that I am sitting in front of a closed door with no possibilities of exploring or learning. If I close my options, one by one in the name of "after all I gotto live in this society" ,  I will be left with only eat and pray. Love would be no where around, not even to fake-show-it.  I wonder when it all changed from co-existence to co-compulsion.
