You Vs Life Pattern My mom simply wants me to fall in line with the belief system followed  by the majority, so as to avoid being on the receiving  end of  any “controversial” comments from the “near and dear”.  But whats the best way of telling her that I don’t want to be a sheep, without  having to receive the “I gave birth to you” reminder!!  The beauty of differences  is often underrated. Diversity is what makes this world an interesting place to be but it is seldom welcomed with an open mind. “Different” is often mistaken for “untrustworthy”. No matter how many betrayal stories of “similar”  are retold and relived, a promiscuous “similar” still seems to be a desirable choice over a promising “Different” .  So,  is it a wise choice to be miserable with yourself so that you can  be at peace with the world around you!
