Immortalising my thoughts.....
"Get your priorities straight", saying it is much easier than being able to do it.
In fact, I feel, being able to get a clarity on your priorities and act accordingly is a luxury to have.
Its as much a comfort , you can feel, as driving my Duster. No, its not a tagline for Duster, neither does Renault pay me to promote it, its just that I am in love with my new ride and now that everyone (who read my blog) knows what I drive, how many of you would believe ki that wasn't my intention. None of you would buy that, coz, thats how little honesty sells in these new times.
After that workout of your cheek muscles (I hope there are muscles there, I wouldn't know coz I am a maths student not a biology one), lets go back to priorities. It takes some cold bloodedness to prioritise.. some people over others or even yourself over others. So you have only two options to choose from, either stay miserable trying to please everyone or be called a "cold-blooded" monster, if you seek a pinch of peace. We should have a voting for this and am sure 75% would chose option 'C', which I intentionally forgot to mention,is, "Wear a Mask".
When people feel threatened of your freedom, it means you are on the right track. Have you ever heard that one before. No, you did'nt..coz no one said it before me..cheesy, I know, I am just high on my freedom. I have an end-sem assessment tomorrow on a very dry and boring subject called Research Methodology but I can't stop writing my blog, to start reading for tomorrow. Now how is that freedom, you would wanna ask. Its about choosing to do what you want to do the most right now. For some nerdy ones, this is a wrong priority but Prioritising is related to the mind whereas choosing is to the heart. They are as different as climate and weather.
BTW, I saw Sridevi's latest movie, MOM. I cud'nt understand what the hell is the point of that movie.
I mean, apart from the already well-known facts that, girls aren't safe in Delhi and the horror and pain a rape-victim goes through, what else is the movie trying to prove!! Does it want to prove that, its okay to kill someone, if you are smart enough to getaway with it!!
What I learned though is, apple seeds are very poisonous and I didn't knew that. So, the movie taught me that, next time I wanna kill someone, I don't need to go around pharmacies asking if they could sell me a bottle of poison. All I need to do is, buy a few apples. Ta daaa. That simple!! Thank you Sridevi, you made my life a lot easier...
